Scenic beer in Bay of Islands

After our second day of diving this week – at the HMNZS Canterbury shipwreck at Deep Water Cove in the Bay of Islands – we headed back towards the beachside town of Paihia for a scenic beer.  Science has proven that the first beer after a big day is more rehydrating than a glass of water, so this is evidence of our being responsible travelers.
